Shipping to United States Customers: Currently, AST ships to all 50 US states. We hope to provide international shipping in the future and if so, it will be posted here.
Can't Find A Product? AST will attempt to complete an order for any product you may request... even if it isn't on our web site. Simply give us a call or send an email!
Returns: AST guarantees all products sold through our website. If at any time you are dissatisfied with the products, you may return them to us. We will refund the cost of the product (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Exchanges: If you are dissatisfied with a product and would like to exchange it for another, you can send the product and exchange request to the address above. Differences in price will be charged or credited. The new product will be shipped at no extra charge.
AST's - Sales Tax Policy : AST is required to charge specified sales tax for products shipped in Minnesota.
Payment Policy: Payment must be made via credit card. AST currently accepts MasterCard and Visa. If we experience problems with the processing of your credit card, we will hold the order and contact you to resolve the problem. Once the credit card has been successfully processed, the order will be sent to shipping.
Shipping Information: US orders only: AST ships all orders placed on this site via US Mail (either Priority or First Class mail depending upon weight) for deliveries within the 50 United States. Orders normally ship within 48 hours of receiving order. According to the United States Postal Service, the expected delivery time is then approximately 4 days.
